Discount Certificate for Cat Spay or Neuter at Wayside Animal Hospital.  

This certificate is redeemable only at the East Ellijay office of Wayside by prior appointment.  Certificates are limited to two per family, and only Gilmer County residents are eligible to apply.  As there are  a limited number of certificates available each month, if during check out, you receive a message that your purchase is not able to be completed  or you receive an error code message,  it simply means that the number of certificates allocated for that month have already been used, and you must wait till the start of the next month to buy the certificate.  Certificates are posted for sale on the first day of each month at 9 AM.

 Once your purchase is complete, you will be emailed a confirmation which will include your personal information, your pet's name, age, weight, and the certificate number.  If you purchased two certificates, your confirmation receipt will reflect that, but you will only receive one certificate number which will valid for both pets.   Be sure to print this confirmation and bring it with

it with you to Wayside on the day of your appointment.  Certificates are only valid for 6 months from the date of the purchase shown on your confirmation email. 

Please be aware that Wayside requires all animals to be up to date (within one year) on their rabies and distemper vaccines, in order to undergo  the surgery.  Proof of vaccination is required when reporting for the appointment.  

Certificates are only valid for use within 6 months of the date of purchase.
